If both Garmin and Strava are connected, your Garmin activities flow into HiiKER, and HiiKER then forwards them to Strava — on top of Garmin’s own post. Disconnect Strava under profile > Integrations (website) or Home > Settings > Connect with other apps (app) to stop HiiKER posting there. One timing rule worth knowing: recordings only sync to Strava if Strava was connected before the recording was made — a past recording can’t be re-pushed from the app, but message us and we can push it manually.
