Finding your User ID

Step 1 If you need to find your HiiKER user id for customer support reasons you can find it at the bottom of the settings page. Tap the number to quickly copy it for pasting elsewhere.

Redeem a promo code

If you have received a promo code, go to the purchases page and scroll down passed the purchase options and tap the “Enter promo code” option. Enter your code in the text input and tap the “Redeem” button. If you cannot redeem your code then contact HiiKER support from the settings page or email info@HiiKER.co

Restore purchases
