Finding your User ID
If you need to find your HiiKER user ID for customer support: Go to the Home page. Tap your profile icon or open Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page. You will see your User ID listed there. Tap the number to quickly copy it for pasting elsewhere.
Redeem a promo code
If you have received a promo code, go to the purchases page and scroll down passed the purchase options and tap the “Enter promo code” option. Enter your code in the text input and tap the “Redeem” button. If you cannot redeem your code then contact HiiKER support from the settings page or email [email protected]
