HiiKER can close a loop, but not invent one: plot your outbound route from start to destination first, then choose More > Loop route and the planner routes you back to the start along the nearest paths. It can’t generate a full loop from a single point or plan a whole route on request — for ready-made options, open the Search tab, tap the location button to see hikes around any place, and filter by difficulty or length.
