HiiKER emails you a receipt when you buy PRO+, whichever way you pay — look for Thanks for your HiiKER purchase in your inbox (if you started with a free trial, you’ll have a trial confirmation instead). Apple and Google also email their own receipt for every App Store or Google Play payment, renewals included.

Need another copy, or a receipt for a particular payment?

• Bought on the website (hiiker.app): sign in and open hiiker.app/user/purchases (My Subscription), then click Update payment method. This opens our secure billing page (run by Stripe), where Invoice history lists your subscription payments with downloadable invoices. Or message us in chat and we’ll email you a receipt.
• Bought on iPhone (App Store): go to reportaproblem.apple.com, or open the App Store app, tap your photo or initials > Apps & Purchase History > Purchase History.
• Bought on Android (Google Play): open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon (top right) > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history.
