If something interrupts you device during a recording, or you accidentally discard a recording, you may open up the app to see you’re no longer recording.

Accidentally discarded or “vanished” recordings can often be found in: Home tab > My recordings > Options icon in top right > Discarded recordings. Tap to restore the recording. You can also now even “continue” a recording by opening the recording overview page, tapping more, then “continue recording”.
