We’re sorry to hear you’re considering ending your HiiKER subscription. If you’d like to request a refund on a recent renewal, here’s how it works.
Are you eligible?
We issue refunds within 14 days of your most recent renewal. If your renewal was more than 14 days ago, we’re unable to process a refund — but you can still cancel future renewals from the Subscriptions screen in the app so you won’t be billed again.
How to request a refund
Fill out our short refund request form:
The form takes about a minute. You’ll be asked for the email tied to your HiiKER account, where you subscribed (App Store, Google Play, or web), and an optional note about why you’re requesting the refund.
Refunds across platforms
How your refund is actually processed depends on where you originally subscribed:
- App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac): Apple handles all App Store refunds — we can’t refund directly on their behalf. After you submit our form we’ll guide you to Apple’s "Report a Problem" page at reportaproblem.apple.com, or you can start there directly if you prefer.
- Google Play (Android): We process the refund through the Play Console once your request is approved. Google also offers an automatic refund within the first 48 hours of any purchase, available from the Play Store directly.
- Web (Stripe): We process the refund directly back to your original card or payment method.
Either way, start with our form — that’s how we confirm you’re inside the 14-day window and route your refund through the right path.
What happens after I submit?
Our support team will review your request and reply by email within a few business days. If your request is inside the 14-day window, we’ll process it (or guide you to Apple’s flow if you subscribed via the App Store). Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Where do I find my renewal date?
In the HiiKER app, head to Settings → Subscriptions to see your current renewal date. You can also find it on the purchase receipt the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe emailed you at the time.
