There are multiple ways to cancel your HiiKER subscription.
From the HiiKER app
You can manage all subscriptions directly from the HiiKER app
- Got to the Home tab
- Tap the settings icon
- Select App Settings
- Then Purchases and subscriptions
- From here tap Cancel my subscription
From the HiiKER website
If you purchased via the HiiKER website you can cancel your subscription there.
- Got to https://hiiker.app/user/purchases
- Click the “Cancel subscription”
Apple App Store
If you have a subscription via the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- You’ll generally retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Google Play Store
If you have a subscription via the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile picture in the top-right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription—you must cancel it through Google Play.
