Every hike and recording on HiiKER can be previewed as a cinematic 3D fly-through — and turned into a short video you can share.
Create a flyover
- On any recording page, click 3D Flyover.
- The camera flies the route over 3D terrain, with live distance, elevation and gradient shown along the way.
- Use the controls to change speed (1x–10x), pause, skip, or switch the map style.
From the share flow on your own (or any public) hikes and recordings you can render the flyover as a short MP4 video — choose the aspect ratio (portrait for social, landscape for YouTube) and speed. Finished videos are saved under My Flyovers in your profile, ready to download or share.
💡 Top tip: Flyover videos are free for all logged-in users — a lovely way to relive (or show off) a big day out.
