Clearing the app cache can help to resolve some issues with the app, for example if it gets some corrupt data. If you are having a problem, reach out to support and they may suggest trying to clear your cache. This guide will help with that:
Step 1
Go to your profile by tapping on the profile button on the bottom navigation and then tap on the cog on the top bar
Step 2
On the list that appears tap on “Clear cache data”. You may loose some offline functionality after doing that (Not offline maps though!). So just click around to any functionality you want to use offline so the cache is reestablished.
