Step 1
If you are logged in and can’t access your purchases go to your profile, page tap the settings icon, and go to the purchases. From here you can select the “restore purchases” option.
If this does not work please check your Apple purchases to make sure the subscription is active and then check you HiiKER login details to make sure they match.
